Hi! I am Sandy Piepmeyer (sounds like peep -my -er) 🙂

I strive to build a long-lasting relationship with my clients by providing a personable approach to buying and selling real estate. Communication is key to making those things happen and is critical to ensure a successful client-agent relationship. I aim to surpass my client's expectations on every occasion and believe the true gratification in this career is the relationships that are built.

I am a motivated professional with experience that you can trust. My journey started in 1994, when I became licensed as a Real Estate Agent. I recently furthered my career by becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker.

I will continue to serve my clients with the same principals and work ethics that I have gained throughout my years working in real estate: Reliability and commitment, alongside exceptional negotiation skills, superior client service and extensive knowledge of the local market. And now, my team of rockstars at Parklands Realty is bringing the same skillset to the table!   • My husband Bill and I are blessed with  6  wonderful "adult" children and the bonus of their spouses/ boyfriends/girlfriends, as well as 2 awesome grandchildren who fill our hearts with joy!
  • I am a foodie and enjoy cooking and baking... I even used to own a restaurant called The Chocolate Bar!
  • I value learning something new everyday and I believe that an excellent cup of coffee with a sprinkle of sunshine is the recipe for a perfect day!

MARK HALL

Licensed Real Estate Agent

Hi, my name is Mark Hall. I am a licensed, practicing attorney, a former US Marine Corps Judge Advocate, and a licensed real estate agent.

I am committed to assisting my residential and commercial clients in tailoring a strategy specifically designed to find the property best suited for their individual needs. My experiences as a Marine, litigator, and negotiator give me knowledge and insight to succeed as a realtor.

After practicing law for multiple decades and being involved in various capacities in real estate transactions, I felt compelled to use the knowledge I have gained through these experiences to help clients navigate the endless roadblocks and obstacles in the current real estate marketplace.

I never guarantee an outcome, but I promise a commitment to satisfaction for my clients. I am confident I can help make this intimidating process much easier.

FUN FACTS:

  • I have been married to my wife Beth for 24 years. We have 3 amazing children, each with their own passion for acting, singing, songwriting, and dancing. Beth started and runs a dance studio, an acting/talent/coaching studio, and a production company that recently produced the Wizard of Oz at the Iroquois Amphitheater.
  • My brother and I play music in local bars as The Hallway—come listen, hang out with us, and have some fun! Otherwise, I look forward to working with you to fulfill all your residential and commercial real estate needs.

SCOTT DAVIS

Licensed Real Estate Agent

I am Scott Davis, licensed Real Estate Agent.

I grew up learning about real estate and construction from my dad. He is a home builder and master electrician who has over 30 years of experience owning an electrical contracting business in Louisville. Following his footsteps, I worked on custom homes and commercial properties throughout the Commonwealth as a licensed electrician.

Through my experiences I discovered that my true passion is connecting people with properties that they will call home—leading to my transition into real estate.

Helping people with what's likely one of the most significant decisions in their life fuels my passion for real estate. I take pride in sharing my knowledge and experience with my clients and assisting them with their real estate needs. My experiences allow me to provide a personal level of service including working with clients on a one-on-one basis, listening to their needs, and finding just the right solution.
